Bingzhu Zhang | President of Hebei Chemical & Pharmaceutical College

Zhang Bingzhu, male, born in August 1964, doctor of Engineering, second-class professor. Young-aged experts (2000), Hebei province in the new century "333 talent project" a level candidate (2005), enjoy the special government allowance under the State Council experts (2006), the national "millions of intellectual property rights project" hundreds of high-level candidate (2009), the national science and technology awards and national teaching achievement award evaluation experts, provincial higher people's court of intellectual property trial technology consulting experts, province, the 13th CPPCC member, celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China " medal winner.

In August 1984, he worked and served as Deputy Director of Chemical Design Institute of Hebei University of Science and Technology (conducting the overall work), Director of Scientific Research Division, Director of Academic Affairs Office of CPC, and Deputy Chairman of Party Committee and President in October 2013, and Secretary of Party Committee and President in July 2018. He is currently the secretary of the Party Committee of Hebei Chemical and Medical Vocational and Technical College. He is also the chairman of the National Chemical and Pharmaceutical Vocational Education Group, deputy Director of the Steering Committee of the Petrochemical Industry of the Ministry of Education, vice President of China Chemical Education Association, and vice President of Hebei Pharmaceutical Industry Association. He has presided over more than 50 scientific research projects, won 1 National Science and Technology Award (1992), 8 provincial science and technology awards; authorized 2 international invention patents and 75 national patents; and published more than 80 academic papers. He has won 1 national teaching achievement award for vocational education and 5 provincial and ministerial teaching achievement awards, and won the first National Excellent Teaching material Award.

河北化工医药职业技术学院党委书记张炳烛书记

张炳烛，男，1964年8月生，工学博士，二级教授。河北省有突出贡献的中青年专家（2000年），省新世纪“三三三人才工程”一层次人选（2005年），享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家（2006年），国家“百千万知识产权人才工程”百名高层次人选（2009年），国家科学技术奖和国家教学成果奖评审专家，省高级人民法院知识产权审判技术咨询专家，省第十二届、第十三届政协委员，庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年”纪念章获得者。1984年8月参加工作，历任河北科技大学化工设计研究所副所长（主持全面工作），科研处处长，校党委委员、教务处处长，校学术委员会副主任委员；2013年10月任河北化工医药职业技术学院党委副书记、院长，2018年7月任党委书记、院长。现任河北化工医药职业技术学院党委书记。兼任全国化工医药职教集团理事长、教育部石化行业职业教育指导委员会副主任、中国化工教育协会副会长、河北省医药行业协会副会长等社会职务。主持科研课题50余项，获国家科学技术奖（1992年）1项；省部级科学技术奖8项；授权国际发明专利2件、国家专利75件；发表学术论文80余篇。获职业教育国家级教学成果奖1项，省部级教学成果奖5项；主编教材获首届全国优秀教材奖。
